Responsibilities Prepare surfaces and areas for spray foam application by cleaning, sanding, or masking as needed Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all power tool safety protocols Apply spray foam insulation with precision to walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation, trimming excess foam, and finishing details Collaborate with team members to ensure proper installation techniques such as caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry when necessary Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly Qualifications Prior experience in construction site work or building insulation installation is highly preferred Skilled in ladder use, climbing, and working at heights safely on scaffolding or roofs Familiarity with power tools including airless paint sprayers and other fabrication equipment Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as climbing ladders or working in confined spaces Join us in delivering top-tier insulation solutions that improve energy efficiency and comfort for our clients!
