$20/hour depending on experience - opportunities for increased pay based on hard work

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with occasional overtime when needed Benefits for eligible employees: Medical, dental, vision insurance 401(k) PTO and Paid holidays

Essential Functions and Duties:

Measure, cut, shape, and fit insulation around pipes, equipment, ductwork, and other mechanical systems Install, remove, repair, and maintain insulation to control temperatures, improve efficiency, and reduce noise Read blueprints and specifications to determine insulation requirements, materials, and installation methods Prepare surfaces and apply adhesives, sealants, mastic, or other materials to secure and finish insulation Install protective sheet metal, coverings, and other barriers to protect insulation from weather and physical damage Operate insulation blowers and equipment, including loading materials and controlling the flow for proper application

Qualifications:
