We are looking for an experienced installer to take the lead by example for our crew. Candidate MUST have experience in all aspects of installing fiberglass batting and everything that encompasses a proper install, blowing loose fill in attics, running the blow machine, BIBS and all it involves.

Responsibilities:

• Install fiberglass insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings according to work orders
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
• Apply insulation using various techniques such as stapling, taping, or canned foam
• Seal gaps and cracks with appropriate materials to ensure proper insulation
• Follow safety protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE) while working on job sites (PPE is provided)
• Attention to detail for things not installed correctly
• Understanding the "why" instead of just knowing "how" so you can help the crew learn and grow
• Know local insulation code
• Potentially taking new hires under your wing to train them in the way of how things are done
• Must have a valid drivers license.

• Paid weekly
• After a period of 90 days, possible pay rate increase based on leadership, experience, reliability, knowledge, work ethic, and other factors
