Job Description

What Your Day Looks Like You'll start early, usually meeting at the shop or sometimes heading directly to the jobsite. After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll prepare the jobsite to safely install spray foam insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces. You'll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You'll work until the job is done and then head home. Who You'll Work With You'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right. If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed. What You'll Be Doing Load and track materials on trucks Set up ladders or scaffolding Cut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces Staple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulation Drive a company vehicle when needed and keep it clean Follow all job site safety procedures What We're Looking For Commitment to the team and successful job completion People who are humble in their approach, but awesome at what they do High levels of integrity and responsibility along with coachable and trainable personalities Reliable transportation Safety first mentality Ability to work with effectively or without direct supervision Construction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person) Comfortable using hand tools Able to work in tight spaces and at heights Able to lift 50 lbs Able to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periods Bilingual is a plus, not required Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle report required if job duties include operating a company vehicle Some assignments require a valid driver's license A valid driver's license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sites The Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect) This is active, hands-on work. You'll be moving, lifting, climbing, and working in a variety of conditions, including heat, cold, or dusty environments. We provide training, proper equipment, and follow safety standards.
