We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Shower & Bath Installer to join our team. About the Position As a Shower & Bath Installer, you'll work in customers' homes to transform existing bathrooms into beautiful, functional spaces. You'll be responsible for completing bathroom installations safely, efficiently, and to MAC Kitchen & Bath's standards for quality and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, pride in your work, and respect for our customers and their homes. What You'll Do Perform controlled demolition of existing tubs and showers Install new tubs and shower pans Install acrylic wall surrounds and related bathroom components Update or modify plumbing when necessary Use hand and power tools safely and properly Protect the customer's home and belongings during the remodeling process Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project Complete thorough cleanup when the project is finished Complete required project documentation and obtain customer signatures Collect customer payment at project completion when required Follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and PPE requirements Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers throughout the project What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that how you treat the customer is just as important as the quality of the installation.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in bathroom remodeling, construction, carpentry, plumbing, or a related trade Experience using common hand and power tools Basic understanding of construction and plumbing Strong attention to detail A commitment to quality workmanship A clean, professional appearance and attitude Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic The ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record A willingness to learn and grow with the company Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and desire to learn.
