Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Insulation Installer specializing in Spray Foam and Fiberglass! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality insulation materials to improve energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will help create sustainable, well-insulated spaces while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Duties Measure, cut, and install spray foam and fiberglass insulation according to blueprint specifications and project requirements Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure precise installation aligned with design plans Use hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding equipment safely and effectively during installation processes Follow strict safety protocols, including proper ladder use, power tool safety, and fall protection measures Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details or address concerns Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and ensuring job site safety at all times Assist in fabricating insulation components and applying finishing techniques such as caulking, drywall finishing, or plastering when needed Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on building insulation installation using spray foam and fiberglass materials Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and other relevant equipment Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, metal stud framing, or roofing is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations accurately Experience with construction site safety protocols including fall protection, ladder use, and power tool operation Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork within fast-paced environments Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, drywall installation, stucco application, or masonry enhances versatility This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to build a career in construction while making a tangible impact on energy efficiency projects.
