from multi-families, mobile homes, single familes, new construction, etc. We are also NHs premier Mobile Hpome Experts. If you do not like working in attics, crawls spaces, and under mobile homes, then this is not the job for you. We are looking for people experienced in all levels of weatherization. We will also entertain training those with no experience but have extensive experience in the construction field. We are also looking for weatherization technicians to round out the 2-3 man crews. Applicant should have basic construction knowledge, be hands-on and familiar using power tools. Ideal candidates will be able to use air sealing techniques, conduct blower door tests, install insulation using proper dense packing or open/restrictive blow techniques. Our company is proficient at making homes more energy efficient, with quality work in a timely manner. Applicants must be able to use common hand tools—trowels, brushes, knives, scissors, saws, pliers, and stapling hammer. Insulation workers must be able to read job instructions and record materials to work order. Insulation workers must be able to work in tight places or in high places from ladders or scaffolding. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding. Must be able to bend, twist and turn body at shoulders, waist and knees to handle and install insulation. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Work Environment:
Works in a construction environment; ability to adapt to extreme temperature ranges is preferred.
