Job Description
Pay Range :
$20.00- $35.
Months Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough jobsite inspections to determine the best method to proceed with the installation of high-pressure SPF. Apply appropriate SPF material at proper pass depths, strictly complying with all manufacturer specifications. Install vents, backers, and soffit blocking to ensure proper airflow for certain materials that may be installed above. ie… blown in attics, etc. Collaborate with construction teams and project managers to ensure proper coordination and timely completion of projects. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and protocols during all SPF operations. Document work progress, including photographs, measurements, core samples, and detailed reports. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, as needed. Erecting ladders and scaffolds Operate equipment that injects foam insulation by carrying/holding a hose up to 150 feet long and weighing up to 56 lbs.Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Saturday's if desired or neededQualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Work in tight places or in high places Lift a minimum of 50 lbs Climb ladders and scaffolding Frequently bend, twist, and turn the body at the shoulders, waist, and knees Preferred but not required: Strong knowledge of SPF techniques, materials, and industry standards. Proficient in using a variety of SPF tools and equipment. Lift Certification for Boom Lifts (Not Required) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. This role involves continuous physical activity on construction sites and requires the ability to perform tasks while standing, walking, bending, reaching, and climbing for prolonged periods. The technician must be capable of lifting and handling materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. Spray application work may take place at various heights, requiring comfort with scaffolding, ladders, or lifts. Exposure to outdoor conditions is common, including heat, dust, and noise. Precision and control are required while operating spray equipment, and the ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift is essential for safety and compliance.Benefits:
