Job Description
About the Position Mountain Temp Services is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Scaffolders to support commercial and industrial construction projects in the Reno area. We are looking for skilled scaffold professionals who have hands-on experience assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systems safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding systems and elevated work platforms. Inspect scaffolding components and ensure proper installation and safety compliance. Read and follow scaffold plans, drawings, and job specifications. Safely move and handle scaffold materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work closely with project supervisors and other construction personnel. Follow all company, OSHA, and job site safety requirements. Assist with training and guiding less experienced scaffold workers when needed. Qualifications Journeyman-level scaffolding experience required. Minimum of 2+ years of scaffold assembly/dismantling experience preferred. Experience working with commercial, industrial, or construction scaffolding systems. Must have your own hand tools required for the trade. Ability to safely work at heights and on elevated platforms. Valid driver's license required. Reliable transportation required. Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Why Join Mountain Temp Services?
