SEALTECH CAULKING & RESTORATION, INC.

is a sub-contractor working in the Central Ohio area. We work on many commercial projects throughout Franklin and surrounding counties. We specialize in the installation of sealants / caulking, air barrier and waterproofing. We are seeking skilled tradesmen or hardworking individuals looking for a career path in construction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work from aerial lifts and swing stage scaffold platforms. Climb ladders as necessary to access work areas. Ability to work from heights. Be able to adjust and work in seasonal temperatures. We work outdoors all year long when possible. Interior and exterior work environments as required. Drug free work place. Must be able to pass drug screens as required by company policy and project requirements. Be a team player. Must work and co-ordinate with company employees as well as other individuals on multi-employer job-sites. Provide own transportation to job-sites. OSHA 10-hour training will be required and is a plus. Costs associated with training will be provided by the company where necessary.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Application of caulking / sealants in many types of building components, such as wall panels, masonry, concrete and window perimeters. Application of air barrier systems. Mainly fluid applied systems. Experience with spray equipment is a plus. Need to be a detail oriented individual. Installation and application of waterproofing systems. Fluid applied, sheet applied and mechanically fastened. Experience is a plus. However, we are also looking for individuals new to the construction industry that are willing to learn a trade. On the job training will be provided working with other skilled tradesmen.
