About Us United Insulation Company is a trusted, top-rated local contractor serving the Greater Cleveland metro area. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, energy-efficient solutions including blown-in fiberglass, spray foam, injection foam, and air sealing. We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Insulator to join our team and help local homeowners and businesses improve their comfort and lower utility bills.
Responsibilities Install Insulation:
Accurately measure, cut, and install various insulation materials (batt, blown-in, injection foam) into walls, attics, and crawl spaces.
Air Sealing:
Seal gaps, cracks, and penetrations in homes using caulk, spray foam, and foam gaskets.
Prep and Clean:
Prepare work areas, safely remove old insulation, and ensure job sites are left clean and tidy.
Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Teamwork:
Work closely with the lead installer and crew to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards. Requirements Prior experience in residential insulation (blown-in, batts, or spray foam) preferred. Valid Driver's License with a clean record (Reliable transportation to North Ridgeville required). Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, climb, and work in confined spaces like attics for extended periods. Strong work ethic, reliability, and an eye for detail.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
