Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attic Insulator / Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing insulation in attics to improve energy efficiency and comfort while operating various tools and equipment essential for insulation projects. Your expertise will contribute to creating safe, sustainable, and high-quality building environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional results on every project. Duties Measure, cut, and install insulation materials in attics using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Operate insulation blowing machines and other machinery safely and efficiently to ensure proper coverage and density Blowing Fiberglass and Cellulose Materials Driving a Straight Truck (up to 34 Ft long) and keeping it clean inside and out Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding or ladders, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Assist with Fiberglass Batt Insulation, caulking as needed and making sure attic rulers are in place. Conduct quality checks to verify insulation installation meets project standards and specifications Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for reporting purposes Experience Prior experience in construction site work or insulation installation is highly preferred Hands-on knowledge of using hand tools (e.g., knives, tape measures) and power tools (e.g., drills, blowers) safely and effectively Mechanical knowledge related to insulation equipment operation and basic fabrication skills Ability to work at heights on ladders or scaffolding while maintaining safety standards VR training Options for early start at 6 a.m.
MUST HAVE VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN RECORD
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
