Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Foam and General Insulation Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation and various types of general insulation materials across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Prepare job sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment to ensure a secure working environment. Install spray foam insulation using airless spray equipment, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to project specifications. Apply various insulation materials such as fiberglass, mineral wool, or foam board in walls, attics, ceilings, and other designated areas. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately identify installation locations and specifications. Use hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and securing insulation materials with precision. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards on-site. Perform quality checks on installed insulation for proper density, coverage, and finish; make adjustments as needed. Skills Experience working on construction sites. Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or metal stud framing is a plus. Ability to operate foam rigs and perform fabrication tasks related to insulation installation. Skilled in construction site safety protocols and the use of scaffolding or ladders at heights. Knowledge of construction techniques and caulking for sealing gaps around insulation materials.
