Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and mechanically inclined Insulation & Wildlife Exclusion Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being somewhere different every day. You'll help homeowners improve and protect their homes by installing pest control insulation, sealing entry points, performing wildlife exclusion work, and completing other home-services projects. What You'll Do Install TAP Pest Control Insulation and other attic insulation products Perform wildlife and rodent exclusion work Seal gaps, cracks, vents, and other potential pest entry points Inspect attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and exterior areas of homes Remove and replace damaged insulation when necessary Identify conditions that may allow pests or wildlife into a home Complete minor construction, repair, and handyman-style work Communicate professionally with homeowners about completed work and recommendations Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and equipment Work safely while using ladders, power tools, PPE, and other equipment What We're Looking For You do not need previous pest control experience. We are looking for someone who is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable doing hands-on work. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Insulation installation Wildlife removal or exclusion Pest control Construction or carpentry Roofing or exterior home repair HVAC Handyman or general contracting work The ideal candidate: Is comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders Can work in hot, dirty, or physically demanding environments Is comfortable using power tools and basic hand tools Has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Can work independently and take pride in their work Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Can lift and carry equipment and materials as needed Is reliable, professional, and motivated to learn
