Insulation Foreman

Essential Functions Refine and maintain protocols relating to service calls and installations. Develop and implement training programs. Develop and implement a training program to develop quality insulation technicians from prospects inside and outside of the industry. Manage insulation projects to ensure unparalleled installation standards and exceptional customer satisfaction. Accompany installers on call backs as needed to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervises and provides technical support for technicians who install, maintain, or service insulation projects. Trains new insulation crew members. Conducts quality-control review of assessments of completed work performed to ensure work is performed in accordance with company practices and processes, expected workmanship, and efficiency and effectiveness. Train insulation installers on skills, company processes and procedures, as well as safety practices. Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained and properly accounted for. Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities. Maintain a clean and organized job sites. Protect customer's homes from damage. Ensures that the company vehicles are properly stocked, maintained, and clean. Demonstrates leadership to the field staff in customer service, following company policies, procedures, and processes, safety, and the implementation of the company's vision and mission. Works closely with the rest of the management team to develop company policy, procedure, and processes. Assists the Director of Operations and General Manager with administrative tasks and other duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications Proven experience with insulation installation required. Proven leadership as an insulation foreman or insulation lead installer. Minimum 1 year experience as an insulation foreman / lead installer. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to operate various hand tools and power tools. High school diploma or GED Effective communication skills to communicate with customers and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns. Effective and efficient time-management and organizational skills. Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including but not limited to the following: hot, cold, outdoor, indoor, dry, humid, slippery surfaces, heights, and congested areas. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members on site.
