Job Overview Join our team as an Insulation Installer and play a vital role in enhancing building energy efficiency and comfort! In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials across residential, commercial, and industrial construction sites. Your expertise will help ensure structures meet safety standards, energy codes, and client specifications. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your construction skills, and contribute to sustainable building practices. Duties Measure, cut, and install insulation materials such as fiberglass, foam board, spray foam, and mineral wool, Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, fit, and secure insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, basements, and other areas Climb ladders and scaffolding safely to access high or hard-to-reach spaces during installation Follow strict safety protocols including proper ladder use, power tool safety procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Collaborate with carpenters, drywall installers, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation processes Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress or concerns Requirement Must have transportation, and preferably in the Beebe area Can pass a drug test Experience with ladder use, climbing safety procedures, and working at heights on scaffolding or scissorlifts, ability to work in outdoor climate all year Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration Commitment to safety protocol adherence in all aspects We are dedicated to fostering a safe work environment while supporting your growth in the construction industry.
