Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Crawl Space Installer to join our team. This position involves working in crawl spaces to install dehumidifiers, vapor barriers (ground plastic), remove and replace insulation, and perform other crawl space moisture-control and repair services. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in tight, confined spaces, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in completing jobs safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Install crawl space dehumidifiers and related equipment. Install vapor barriers (ground plastic) and moisture-control systems. Remove and replace insulation as needed. Clean and prepare crawl spaces for installation work. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Complete projects within established timeframes and quality standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
Comfortable working in tight, confined crawl spaces for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more. Reliable transportation to and from work. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and stay focused on completing assigned tasks. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and physical environments. Construction, crawl space, insulation, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
