Overview Join our dynamic construction team as an Insulation Installer and play a vital role in creating energy-efficient, comfortable spaces. In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help improve building performance while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties Install building insulation using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure proper fit and coverage. Use ladders and climbing techniques safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during installation. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including power tool safety practices, to maintain a secure work environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to clarify project details and address concerns. Relate to customers in a professional manner by explaining the install process, listening to special requests, reviewing completed work and leaving work areas clean. Qualifications Prior construction experience with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as plastering or fabricating is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and mechanical equipment safely and effectively. Basic mechanical ability is a plus. A valid U.S. drivers license and clean driving record. Ability to climb ladders and work at heights comfortably while maintaining safety standards. $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
