Pipe Insulator Pivot Workforce - 3.0 Northlake, TX Job Details Full-time $26 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Measuring tapes Maintenance Assembly Manufacturing facility experience Dimensional measurements Manufacturing Hand tools Pipe insulation installation Full Job Description Kodiak Labor Solutions is seeking experienced Pipe Insulators for long-term work at a pipe fabrication shop in Northlake, TX. Previous pipe insulation experience is not required. Training will be provided. We are looking for candidates with basic mechanical ability, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn how to measure, cut, fit, and install insulation on fabricated piping and associated components. Candidates with backgrounds in construction, manufacturing, mechanical work, assembly, maintenance, or other hands-on environments are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Install insulation on industrial piping and fabricated pipe assemblies Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials to pipe and piping components Insulate elbows, tees, valves, flanges, and other fittings Apply and secure insulation using appropriate bands, fasteners, adhesives, or other materials Install protective jacketing or coverings as required Ensure insulation is properly fitted with minimal gaps Follow drawings, specifications, and work instructions Identify pipe sizes and determine appropriate insulation measurements Use knives, shears, measuring tools, hand tools, and other insulation equipment Inspect completed insulation for proper fit and workmanship Handle and stage insulation materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all shop safety and quality procedures Qualifications Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit insulation materials Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Comfortable using hand tools Ability to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift Reliable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled hours Pay & Schedule $26.00 per hour Monday through Saturday 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM No per diem Long-term fabrication shop opportunity

$26.00 per hour Expected hours: 60.0 per week
