THE ROLE

This is a hands-on leadership position. You'll lead an insulation team while working alongside them to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead and work alongside other crew members. Organize materials, equipment, and daily job responsibilities. Keep projects safe, clean, and on schedule. Check work for quality and completeness. Train, coach, and support other crew members. Communicate professionally with customers and the office. Solve jobsite problems and take ownership of results.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience leading a crew or team. Insulation, construction, or skilled-trade experience preferred. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Clear communication and practical problem-solving skills. Willingness to perform physical work in attics, crawlspaces, and changing temperatures. Commitment to safety, quality, and customer care. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

As we grow, we expect a Field Operations Manager to become a critical part of the team—and this Crew Chief position is designed to prepare the right person for that role.
