Entry-Level Cladding Installer Enhanced Exterior Products | Greater Houston / Tomball, TX Starting pay: $23/hour Full-time | Field We install composite and steel siding that is supposed to look like architecture, not a rush vinyl wrap. If you show up on time, take direction, and care about clean lines, we will teach you the rest. What you'll do Work on a crew installing premium composite and steel cladding on residential and commercial jobs Stage material, carry panels and trim, set ladders/scaffolding, and keep the jobsite clean Help hang panels, flashings, corners, and 26-ga steel trim under a lead installer Cut, measure, and fasten to manufacturer specs (we'll train you) Protect finished surfaces, windows, and landscaping Follow safety rules in Texas heat — long sleeves, eye/hand protection, roof/ladder work when needed Load/unload trucks and leave every site looking professional Where you'll work Most installations are in the Greater Houston area. A few times per year you may be asked to travel out of town for a job. Reliable transportation to Greater Houston jobsites is required. Transportation and housing is provided when working outside of Greater Houston. What we pay $23/hour to start Weekly performance bonuses tied to production and quality Ownership sharing program — eligible after 1 year of employment Who this is for No cladding experience required. Construction, military, warehouse, farm, or shop work is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Greater Houston jobsites Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and work outdoors year-round Willing to learn systems the right way instead of "good enough" Veterans and recently separated service members are encouraged to apply What we are not This is not a throw-and-go vinyl crew. We install high-end composite and steel. If you want to get paid to be sloppy, skip this listing.
