- Bremerton has positions open for Crawl Space and Basement Lead Technicians. Insulation experience necessary. This is a long-term, permanent position. Traits employer is looking for include: Positive attitude, hard worker, quick learner, Ability to lead a crew and can follow both verbal and written directions to accomplish quality work in a timely manner. Work is performed in crawlspaces, basements, and attics. These can be tight, dark spaces.

NOTE:

If you are claustrophobic and/or afraid of spiders, mice, or rats, this job is NOT for you. Lead Technicians install fiberglass insulation, a variety of vapor barriers, dig trenches in confined spaces, lift and carry heavy items, Lead an installation team as well as perform other required tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Positive attitude and a strong work ethic Willingness and ability to learn and follow directions Ability to communicate effectively to management and crew Leadership ability Reliable transportation to/from work Must be able to pass background check and drug screening Clean driving record

WAGE:

$20 - $25/hr. (based on performance levels)

HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position working Mon - Fri, 35-40 hours per week (Ocassional overtime). May be asked to work Saturdays as need arises. 4 Day work week options available.
