Job Description

Job Summary We need qualified Spray Foam insulators! Pay Will be determined by your level of experience in the industry. We are completely willing to train you from zero to expert! For those who do not have experience in the industry, you will start as a helper by masking off floors, windows, etc., and will be taught how to run the Spray Foam equipment and spray the insulation. In addition, we apply other products like Polyurea, silicone, etc. All of this training will be included. If you can operate a Spray Foam rig the pay will reflect this. We require that you have a valid drivers license and a CDL would be preferential. For the highest paying positions, you must be able to run a crew of up to eight people and be familiar with problem-solving in this industry specifically. We would also test you for your ability to spray flat and quality insulation. General helper pay would reflect experience and ability to learn Experienced applicators would start $35+ per hour Project management, superintendent or foreman ability to run crews can see starting pay $45+ an hour. Full benefits and retirement plans included as well as health insurance. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by masking areas to ensure no over spray of spray foam insulation. Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently, adjusting settings for optimal application. Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other designated areas following blueprints and schematics. Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation, trimming excess foam, and finishing edges. Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to determine insulation specifications. Collaborate with project teams including carpenters, roofers, masons, and HVAC technicians to coordinate installation processes. Maintain a clean work environment by managing waste materials like excess foam and debris in compliance with safety protocols. Conduct quality checks on completed insulation work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations. Experience (not required) Prior experience in construction site environments with hands-on application of spray foam insulation preferred. Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus for understanding project scope and material needs. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying equipment, and other mechanical devices relevant to insulation work. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to building systems like HVAC or roofing. Background in related trades such as carpentry (including trim carpentry), masonry, roofing, or drywall installation enhances performance. Ability to follow safety procedures diligently while handling chemicals used in spray foam applications is essential.
Pay:
$30.00 - $65.00 per hour
