Metal Skirting Installation Crew Job Location:

Ivydale, WV Sentri Homes is a nationwide residential construction company looking for skilled laborers to help complete our projects. We work with contractors on a project-by-project basis, and crews who consistently do great work become our go-to team for recurring jobs across the country.

SCOPE OF WORK

Remove existing vinyl skirting (approx. 20 years old) from the full perimeter of a 27 ft x 60 ft double wide home Install new metal skirting — 3 ft coverage width, ribs every 12" on center Skirt underneath the back deck (~10x60 ft, river side) and front porch (~10x25 ft) without boxing around either structure Cut and fit a custom longer panel for one corner (back-right, river side) that runs 61" tall, exceeding the standard 44" panel length Site-verify all remaining corner heights before final cuts (front-left 38", front-right 52", back-left 51") Trim all edges and corners clean for a finished appearance
