Overview Pole Construction:
Assemble wooden skeletal frameworks for utility poles with precision and care.

Quality Assurance:
Ensure each pole meets company and customer specifications, adhering to strict quality standards.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals in a safe, efficient manner. This job is located in Kennedy, AL Skills and Experience Previous 1 year of hands-on manufacturing or Construction experience. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold). Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Willingness to work overtime as needed.
