In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and erection of metal building components, ensuring structures are built safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial warehouses to industrial facilities, utilizing your expertise in metal framing and construction techniques. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will contribute directly to the successful completion of high-quality metal structures. Duties Erect and assemble metal building frameworks according to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Interpret construction plans and schematics to determine proper placement and installation procedures Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to lift, position, and secure steel components Install rebar, concrete forms, and perform concrete finishing tasks as needed for foundation work Read and measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other measuring tools for precise construction Collaborate with team members on framing, siding, roofing, drywall, stucco, and other related tasks Operate heavy machinery such as cranes or forklifts to move materials efficiently around the site Requirements

READ/WRITE/SPEAK ENGLISH LANGUAGE ABLE TO WORK INSIDE SECURE INDUSTRIAL SITES AND CHEMICAL PLANTS

(DISA level background checks, drug screening, and comprehensive safety training and testing) Reliable transportation able to get to jobsites in Mobile & Baldwin County without issue. Proven and verifiable experience in metal building erection, metal building repairs, and modifications and general construction site and foundation work Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and interpreting technical drawings Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately with tape measures and other tools Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, roofing, siding, drywall, and related trades is preferred Capable of heavy lifting and working at heights in various weather conditions Basic math skills necessary for measuring and calculating material quantities Construction management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required Valid construction site experience with familiarity in framing carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, PEMB.
