Job Description

  • Must be in good physical shape. Ability to climb steel columns, bracing or stairs while loaded with a full tool belt and harness.
  • Excellent balance and ability to maneuver on steel members at elevations in excess of 100'.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Ironworker trade. References required Must have experience in metal building erections (PEMB)
  • Must be able to recognize fit up problems with steel members and communicate with foreman
  • Ability to do basic mathematic calculations.
  • Willingness to adhere to all company safety policies.
  • Ability to use all hand tools required (bull pins, sleever bar, spud cresents, beater, positon harness, tape measure)
  • Ability to signal cranes, either by hand or with radio's
  • Knowledge of rigging

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
