This is an opportunity for experienced welders who take pride in their craftsmanship and can consistently produce clean, precise, professional work. What You'll Do TIG and/or MIG weld stainless steel ductwork and components Fabricate, fit, and assemble stainless steel duct systems Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements Perform precision welding on thin-gauge stainless steel materials Maintain clean, consistent welds with minimal distortion Work independently while meeting production and quality standards Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment What We're Looking For Proven experience welding stainless steel ductwork or similar fabrication Strong TIG welding skills preferred Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate fit-up Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, professional, and committed to quality Ability to pass a weld test Why Join Us?
