Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be integral to the fabrication process, assisting with cutting, welding, assembly, and finishing of steel components. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to precise specifications. MIG, TIG , FCAW

, and welding techniques to join metal parts securely Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions and quality control Operate cranes, forklifts, rigging gear, and pipe threading equipment safely to move heavy materials and components around the shop floor Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and materials while adhering to safety protocols in accordance with ASME codes & standards Skills A solid understanding of fabrication processes Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, FCAW welding techniques Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for fabrication tasks Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and press brake machines Familiarity with safety practices including crane operation and forklift handling Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential to fabrication work Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in manufacturing environments

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
