//classicrecreation.com. Job Summary We are currently seeking a Skilled Welder to join our shade structure manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for goal-oriented individuals with experience in MIG welding and shop fabrication. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret shop drawings, follow welding procedures, and work safely and effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret shop drawings accurately Layout and fit-up structural steel components per drawings Perform MIG welds in accordance with

AWS D1.1

specifications Produce clean, sound welds free of inclusions, undercut, or porosity Operate handheld plasma cutters and other shop tools safely Maintain a clean and safe work area Work cooperatively in a team setting and maintain punctuality

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in MIG welding and steel fabrication Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to operate a forklift Must provide own basic tools (tape measure, speed square, carpenter's square, etc.) Experience with the following equipment is a plus: Piranha Ironworker Punch press Vertical HE&M Saw Proficient with hand tools such as drills and angle grinders (4-½" and 7")
