Job Description

About Us We are a hot rod shop in Garden Grove, CA that specializes in the restoration and fabrication of classic cars and hot rods. We do a lot of custom work, conversions and upgrades. Overview We are seeking to add a skilled Fabricator to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding, experience in building and assembling various car components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the fabrication process. We are looking for an individual who has a generalized knowledge of auto repair, removal and installation of vehicle components, as well as a well-rounded knowledge of classic cars. You must have your own tools and means of transportation. This position requires experience and a passion for classic cars and hot rods. Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components according to specifications. Utilize hand tools, welding equipment, and machinery to build efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task between different projects. Self-motivation to meet deadlines under minimal supervision. Perform and effectively use simple mathematics. Must be able to lift and carry heavy items and stand for long periods of time. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Experience Experience working on classic cars. Proven experience in fabrication and welding. Experience with materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, etc. Experience with rust repairs. Familiarity with hand tools and machining processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
