Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Handrail Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing rail components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and interpreting technical drawings will be essential to ensure the successful completion of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure projects, utilizing advanced fabrication techniques and tools to deliver quality results efficiently. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities Must pass welding test. 2 years' Hand and Guard Rail experience. Pip Bender and Band saw experience. Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication shop drawings to guide assembly and welding processes. Ensure all work complies with safety protocols and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Read and interpret structural steel blueprints and plans for layout, fitting, and assembly Position, align, and fit components together according to fabrication and detail drawings, and within specified tolerances Perform precise measurements using weld gauges, tape measures, and other measuring tools Cut products using torches and other tools Follow detailed weld procedures Have knowledge of how to safely use general shop power and hand tools Ensure equipment is properly maintained and stored after use.
