Here we grow again! Company Description Integrity Rebar Fabricators is a rebar fabricator working with public works installers primarily on large-scale transportation and water projects. Role Description Rebar Shop Fabricator/ Shift Lead in this is a full-time, on-site role based in Perris, CA.

Qualifications Must have:

Must be experienced with Rebar Fabrication. Nice to have Supervisory skills, including leading crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance in a shop or construction environment. Experience with heavy equipment operation or coordination, such as forklifts, cranes, loaders, or similar machinery used in material handling. Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and project stakeholders, and for giving clear instructions and feedback. Basic carpentry or related trade skills useful in fabrication, formwork, or shop support tasks. Maintenance abilities for basic troubleshooting and upkeep of tools, equipment, and shop facilities. Knowledge of construction safety practices and commitment to enforcing safety standards and PPE requirements Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, bar lists, or work orders is preferred. Reliable transportation to Perris, CA; ability to work full-time with possible overtime as project demands require. Previous experience in rebar, concrete, or structural steel environments is a plus. Experience with multiple overhead cranes ranging from 5-ton to 10-ton and 15-ton forklifts. Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.

Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
