MIG, FCAW, TIG
Fitter/Welder/Fabricator specializing in stainless steel to join our structural steel fabrication team. In this role, you will perform precision welding and finishing work on carbon steel, stainless steel, railings and miscellaneous fabricated items, ensuring every piece meets our standards for craftsmanship and quality. Your expertise will directly impact the caliber of our finished products, supporting high-profile projects for a stable, growing company. Duties Perform MIG, FCAW and TIG welding on structural stainless steel, carbon steel, railings and miscellaneous fabricated items. Sand, polish, and blend welds to a #4 finish on SS304 and SS316 materials. Complete layout and fit-up of parts prior to welding to ensure accurate assembly. Perform flux core welding on stainless and carbon steel as needed. Apply structural welding techniques when required by project scope. Perform aluminum MIG, FCAW and TIG welding on applicable projects. Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on
MIG/FCAW/TIG
welding experience, with a focus on Structural steel and stainless materials. Proven ability to sand, polish, and blend to a #4 finish on SS304 and SS316. Strong layout and fit-up skills for fabricated components. Experience with MIG and flux core welding on stainless and carbon steel is a must. Experience with structural welding is a must. Experience with aluminum TIG and MIG welding a plus. Ability to work precisely and consistently in a fast-paced fabrication shop environment.
