Adecco is hiring immediately for an Engineering Technician with a local client in Santa Clara, CA.

• Pay rate: $28.00 -$43.00 per hour
• 18-month contract

Hours:

Monday - Friday; Overtime and weekend work are as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate must be able to read schematics and troubleshoot down to the component level.
• They must be able to work safely around hazardous gases and high power.
• Knowledge and correct use of hand tools are a must.
• Knowledge and use of a forklift and pallet jacks are a must.
• Crane use is a must.
• Overtime and weekend work are as needed.
• Working within a high-powered team, aggressive team are a must.
• Clear thinking and breaking down circuits and using the drawings to troubleshoot are a must.
• Basic electronics are a must.
• Following logic and being able to program controllers and calibrate instruments are a must.
• Troubleshooting skills are highly looked at
• Working around main power (facility power), vacuum systems and abatement systems are a must.
• Leak detecting is a must.
• Qualifying hazardous gases is a must.
