$36.08 - $50.00/hourUp to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance 4/10 Work Schedule (Four 10-Hour Days) Job SummaryIn addition to performing the functions and responsibilities of the specific 145 Repair Station Technician job description at an exceptional level; the Senior Technician will act as a subject matter expert for their maintenance discipline, accepting additional responsibilities as listed below and provide training and mentoring to shop personnel.Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Perform all core duties of applicable technician requirements at an exceptional level
- Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needs
- Provide communications to Engineering Department for specialized shop needs
- Coordinate with AMC Maintenance Support and Planning Departments to provide support for field maintenance needs
- Report Maintenance Leads and Supervisors on project constraints and progress updates
- Mentor new employees in understanding shop procedures to increase their efficiency and productivity
