Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into precise, high-quality fabricated components used across various construction and industrial projects. Your expertise in welding, blueprint reading, and mechanical fabrication will be essential to ensure that all projects meet safety standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines. Duties Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical blueprints to determine fabrication requirements and specifications Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment Perform welding operations including MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding), and stick welding in accordance with AWS (American Welding Society) standards Use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure precise dimensions and tolerances Operate rigging equipment for lifting and positioning heavy metal components during fabrication or assembly processes fabricate sheet metal components for construction or industrial applications Adhere strictly to safety protocols while handling materials, tools, and machinery on construction sites or within fabrication shops Requirements Proven construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety procedures and protocols Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and interpreting mechanical fabrication instructions Hands-on experience with welding techniques including

MIG, TIG, SMAW

Skilled in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math for accurate fabrication work Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools Mechanical knowledge of metal materials, sheet metal fabrication processes, and assembly techniques Ability to interpret ASME codes & standards along with AWS standards for welding quality assurance Experience working in a fabrication shop environment or on construction sites involving metal fabrication tasks Strong understanding of safety protocols related to rigging, machining operations, welding environments, and handling heavy materials Advanced math skills, solid understanding of trigonometry necessary for measurements and calculations involved in fabrication tasks Join us if you're passionate about precision craftsmanship in metal fabrication!
