Respect the craft and the people around them. Step up to mentor others and lead by example. What You'll Be Responsible For as an Ironworker at High Plains This is more than installing steel. This is building with precision and purpose.

You will:

Install beams, columns, decking, stairs, and railings to exact specifications. Read and execute blueprints and structural drawings with accuracy. Perform welding, cutting, and bolting to meet industry standards. Work with cranes, rigging, and lifts to safely position materials. Maintain full OSHA compliance and proper PPE use at all times. Inspect your work to ensure zero rework and top-quality results. Support and mentor apprentices on the job site. Every piece you touch matters. Every connection counts. What You Need to Bring to the Table 3-5 years of structural or miscellaneous steel experience. Strong blueprint and layout reading skills. Experience with rigging, cranes, welding, and bolting. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection. Physical ability to lift, climb, and work at heights. Reliable transportation to job sites. Pay:

$34 to $42 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
