• Full-time NOCO Accents is looking for an experienced Finish Carpenter / Lead Carpenter with strong residential remodeling and general construction experience.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates well, and can independently manage projects while helping keep timelines moving. This role is ideal for someone with both high-end finish carpentry skills and broad General Contractor experience in residential construction. We are also looking for someone with leadership potential who can eventually manage their own crew and act as a foreman on our job sites. Responsibilities Install interior trim and finish work Build and install custom cabinetry, shelving, mantels, and built-ins Install doors, hardware, window sills, crown molding, and stair railings Assist with remodels, basement finishes, and custom home projects Read plans and execute work with minimal supervision Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site Help keep projects on schedule and job sites running efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in the field Required Experience & Skills Residential carpentry experience (new construction, remodels, and restoration) Strong finish carpentry skills Experience with: Cabinets & custom built-ins Interior trim/finish work Doors & hardware Crown molding & stair railings Basement finishing General construction knowledge including: Framing Concrete Drywall Decks Painting Siding Tile & stone Roofing Fencing Ability to manage projects and work independently Leadership mindset and ability to lead others professionally Must have reliable transportation and own tools Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members Preferred Previous GC, Lead Carpenter, or Foreman experience Experience overseeing subcontractors and timelines Ability to identify problems before they become delays Interest in growing into a long-term leadership role within the company Pay & Benefits $48,000
