Work Schedule Monday-Friday:

7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Night work Saturdays as needed Labor work is mandatory

Overtime:

Must be available for additional hours as needed A Criminal Background Search, Driver's License Check, and Drug Screening are required before hire

Total Weekly Hours:

40 to 55 hours

Key Responsibilities:

Operate skid steer loaders with attachments, including grading buckets, smooth buckets, forks, brooms, and laser grading equipment. Perform fine grading and finish work to meet strict elevation tolerances. Shape pads, sidewalks, curbs, swales, retention areas, and building footprints. Spread and fine-grade base material, soil, sand, and rock. Backfill trenches and foundations to finish grade. Maintain proper slopes for drainage in accordance with plans. Read and interpret site plans, grade stakes, and cut/fill requirements. Work closely with foremen, grade checkers, and other operators to achieve project goals. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and job site procedures. Assist with other tasks as assigned to support the project team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating skid steers in a finish-grade environment. Proven ability to perform precise grading within tight tolerances. Experience working around utilities, structures, curbs, and foundations. Ability to read grade stakes, blueprints, and site plans. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Valid driver's license Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate equipment for long shifts in varying weather conditions. Work Environment Outdoor construction environment. Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, and heavy machinery. Requires strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
