NOW HIRING - IRONWORKER / STEEL ERECTOR

Aero Door International is looking for a hardworking, motivated individual to join our team. We manufacture and install large aircraft hangar doors throughout the United States and are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career, not just have another job.

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in steel erection, connecting, and welding Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions Willing to travel when projects require it Takes pride in quality workmanship and being part of a team

Preferred Experience:

Structural steel erection Connecting and bolting steel members Stick, MIG, or Flux-Core welding Reading construction drawings and blueprints Operating forklifts, man lifts, telehandlers, or other construction equipment
