In this energetic position, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling scaffolding systems with precision and safety at the forefront. Your expertise will ensure that work sites are equipped with secure access points and fall protection measures, enabling teams to work confidently at heights. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to successful project completions. Responsibilities Read and interpret scaffolding plans, diagrams, and safety instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Erect scaffolding structures according to specifications, adhering strictly to safety standards and regulations. Inspect scaffolding components regularly for damage or wear, replacing or repairing parts as needed. Secure scaffolding to existing structures using appropriate fasteners and safety equipment. Dismantle scaffolding safely after project completion, ensuring all components are accounted for and stored properly. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently on-site. Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate tasks smoothly and uphold safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in scaffolding erection or related construction roles is preferred. Knowledge of safety standards such as OSHA regulations or local safety codes related to working at heights. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret project plans accurately. Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and problem-solving. Certification in scaffold safety or relevant construction safety training is a plus but not mandatory.
