In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality signage that effectively communicates brand messages and enhances visual environments. You'll work with a variety of materials and digital tools to design, manufacture, and install signs that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic vision with practical production skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Assist in the design and layout of signs using digital design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW. Prepare artwork files for production, ensuring accurate color management and adherence to branding guidelines. Operate sign manufacturing equipment including vinyl cutters, laser engravers, and digital printers to produce signs in various formats. Cut, assemble, and install signage on-site or in the shop, ensuring precise alignment and quality standards are met. Collaborate with clients and team members to interpret design concepts and provide creative input on layout and material selection. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained. Manage project timelines efficiently to deliver signs on schedule while upholding safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in graphic design or digital art with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Figma or Sketch. Knowledge of sign manufacturing processes including sign layout design, material selection, and production techniques. Familiarity with web design languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for digital signage projects. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, visual design principles, and branding standards. Ability to operate digital printing equipment and sign fabrication tools safely and effectively. Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly with clients and team members. Basic photography skills for capturing project progress or promotional content is desirable.
