Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Metal Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw metal materials into precise, high-quality fabricated components and assemblies. Your expertise in reading technical drawings, operating various fabrication tools, and adhering to safety standards will be essential to delivering exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Duties Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication shop drawings to determine project specifications and requirements Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal materials using hand tools, power tools, forming equipment, and machining equipment Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly Follow safety protocols diligently while working with metal materials, welding equipment, and power tools to maintain a safe work environment Assemble fabricated parts into final products or structures, ensuring proper fitment and adherence to project specifications Requirements Proven experience in metal fabrication within a shop or construction site environment Strong knowledge of welding techniques including

MIG, TIG, FCAW, SMAW

Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Mechanical aptitude with understanding of shop math, assembly processes, machining, plasma cutting, and interpreting technical standards like AWS and ASME codes Experience working with sheet metal fabrication and mechanical materials in accordance with safety protocols Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, machining equipment, and safety gear required for fabrication tasks Construction site experience is preferred for those working on-site projects involving structural or industrial metalwork Certification or training in welding techniques is highly desirable; Join our team as a Metal Fabricator if you're passionate about creating high-quality metal components through precise craftsmanship.
