Applies to individuals responsible for the supervision of direct field personnel. A leadperson will have the following skills: Assures all work is completed safely, per the scope, on time, and within budget Has experience in field take-off, material requisitions, material logistics, and effective pre-job planning Usually possesses a minimum of five (5) years experience in his/her related field Usually possesses a minimum of three (3) years of assisting the Foreperson with the supervision craft personnel in a crew leader capacity Acts as the front line contact for safety, quality, QA/QC, Job Safety Analysis, and overall awareness of hazardous conditions BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan.
