We are seeking a highly skilled Storefront Fabricator with extensive Rhino Fab experience to join our dynamic fabrication team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality storefronts, signage, and architectural metalwork by interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints. Your expertise in metal fabrication, welding, and shop math will ensure precise assembly and installation of custom storefront systems. Responsibilities Minimum of 2 years experience operating a Rhino Fab Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication shop drawings to accurately produce storefront components. Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal and other metal materials. Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math to ensure precise dimensions and tolerances during fabrication. Cut, form, and assemble sheet metal components using machining, and other fabrication methods aligned with ASME codes & standards. Maintain a clean, organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in every piece fabricated. Skills Extensive construction site experience with metal fabrication projects. Proficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting mechanical drawings accurately. Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and shop math for precise fabrication. Experience working with sheet metal materials in a fabrication shop environment. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly processes and mechanical blueprint interpretation. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently while following safety protocols diligently. Familiarity with plasma cutting, machining, and interpreting technical specifications aligned with industry standards like AWS and ASME codes. Knowledge of metal materials used in storefront fabrication including aluminum, steel, and other alloys.
