Must be able to:

Weld MIG to a certified standard Read and interpret fabrication drawings Select the correct materials and set up for a given job Work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced shop environment Take direction, learn new processes quickly, and grow into greater responsibility over time

Requirements:

MIG certification required Ability to read fabrication drawings Nice to have: TIG welding experience CNC plasma table experience We're looking for someone eager to develop their skills and grow with us — whether you're just starting out or ready to help lead the shop, there's room to advance here.
