DFWP, Background Check Required Screenings:

Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks; Math Test; Tape Measure Test. Seeking mechanically inclined individuals to fabricate and construct transformers. Fabricate and construct transformer components & parts (such as cores, coils, parts, etc.) by reading and interpreting supplied manufacturing folders which consist of data information sheets and drawings.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Measure and mark materials Set up and safely operate shop equipment Able to cut, bend, and shape metal utilizing appropriate tools and equipment Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools and brazing torch Inspect own work to ensure accuracy and quality Conduct testing to confirm required specifications are achieved Document test results Mechanical aptitude with proficiency in using hand and power tools. Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing data to determine materials, dimensions, and assembly Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and pay attention to details Retain training information and work independently Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all company safety requirements.

Days & Hours:

Full Time position; 1st shift; 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (when needed overtime until 5:00 p.m.). Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.

Pay:

$16.00 to $17.54 per hour; depends on experience. Benefits are offered.
