) Warrior Construction is a Hawaii-licensed general contractor with 10+ years of work on Oahu and Maui. We self-perform concrete, demo, framing, and finish carpentry, and we run spall repair and structural restoration on AOAO high-rises, commercial buildings, and government facilities. We're hiring an experienced Concrete Spall Repair Technician to join our restoration crew. If you know how to chip out failed concrete, prep and treat rebar, and place a patch that passes inspection the first time — we want to talk. What You'll Do Chip, saw-cut, and remove delaminated and spalled concrete to sound substrate Locate corrosion and delamination using chain drag, hammer sounding, and rebar scanning Clean, wire-brush, and prep exposed reinforcing steel; apply corrosion-inhibiting coatings Mix and place polymer-modified repair mortars and formed patches per manufacturer specs Finish, cure, and protect repairs to match adjacent surfaces Work from swing stages, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and scaffold on occupied high-rise buildings Set up and break down containment, dust control, and public protection daily Keep a clean, safe work area and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Communicate daily progress and quantities to the Foreman/PM What You Need 1-3+ years of concrete spall repair, restoration, or structural concrete experience Comfortable and confident working at heights — swing stage, boom lift, and scaffold Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites across Oahu OSHA 10 — current, or willing to obtain (we'll help you get it) Able to lift 50+ lbs, use chipping hammers and power tools, and work outdoors in Hawaii weather Show up on time, every day, and take pride in the quality of your patch work Nice to Have (not required) OSHA 30, aerial/scissor lift certification, or fall protection training Experience on AOAO / condominium restoration projects Experience with epoxy injection, carbon fiber wrap, or waterproofing/coating systems Concrete finishing or forming background Own hand tools What We Offer $22-$30/hour depending on experience — we pay for skill, not seniority Full-time, year-round work — we run 4-5 concurrent projects, not one-and-done jobs Medical coverage in accordance with the Hawaii Prepaid Health Care Act Paid holidays and PTO Overtime available Employer-provided PPE, safety training, and certification support A real path to Lead Tech and Foreman — we promote from inside the crew About Warrior Construction Built on Integrity.
