What You'll Do as a Roller /

Chopper:

Operate pneumatic chopper spray gun equipment to apply fiberglass resin and chopped fiberglass into moldsPrepare molds by cleaning, waxing, and inspecting surfaces before productionUse hand rollers to remove air pockets and ensure proper fiberglass consolidationInspect fiberglass materials for defects, coverage issues, and thickness requirementsMaintain spray guns, hoses, nozzles, and related equipment to support production efficiencyFollow safety procedures for handling resins, solvents, and other materialsKeep work areas clean and organized while supporting production goals What You Need to Bring to the Roller /

Chopper Role:
